Our experienced technicians in Ellwangen are available to answer your questions by phone between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.  They can also help you by means of telemaintenance and via our remote service app (iOS and Android).

We reply to your queries within 24 hours.

Depending on your requirements, ISIMAT technicians, electricians and software engineers will also come to you – no matter where you are.

Use isiCloud

You can log on to our isiCloud and download the latest operating instructions and documentation for your ISIMAT machine.

ISIMAT’s service and maintenance agreements are designed to reduce unscheduled downtimes. Process quality and productivity are ensured and optimum machine availability is guaranteed.

Another plus: Costs are manageable and plannable thanks to discounted hourly rates and low administrative and planning costs.

We consider our ISIMAT machines from the point of view of the entire work process, the different printing technologies and their specific applications. We therefore train up our clients holistically, so to speak, with regard to process engineering.

Because the better informed you are about all aspects, processes and options, the better you will be able to exploit the possibilities of your ISIMAT printing machine.

ISIMAT training courses

At ISIMAT headquarters in Ellwangen:

  • We impart all knowledge about the machine, printing and process engineering as part of the machine acceptance inspection. (In German and English)
  • We provide training in screen printing. The seminar teaches the basics and halftone printing. (In German)

On-site wherever you are:

  • Comprehensive instruction is given immediately following installation and commissioning or at a later time. (In English)
